Anbieter und Geltung

Sparfuxx wird angeboten von [Name des Anbieters], [Anschrift], Schweiz (Angaben im Impressum), erreichbar unter support@sparfuxx.app.

Diese Bedingungen gelten für die Web-App unter sparfuxx.app und für die Android-App, die dieselbe Web-App zeigt. Mit dem Anlegen eines Kontos stimmst du ihnen zu. Wie wir mit deinen Daten umgehen, steht in der Datenschutzerklärung.

Was Sparfuxx ist – und was nicht

Sparfuxx ist ein Werkzeug für das Monatsbudget, allein oder zu zweit. Es rechnet aus deinem Plan, deinen Ausgaben, Kontoständen, offenen Rechnungen und dem nächsten Lohn, was dir am Monatsende bleibt, und zeigt dir Verlauf, Sparpotenzial und Vermögen.

• Kein Bankzugang. Kontostände und Kartensalden trägst du selbst ein. Sparfuxx verbindet sich mit keiner Bank und führt keine Zahlungen für dich aus. Was du einträgst, ist eine Notiz über eine Zahlung, die anderswo stattgefunden hat.
• Keine Beratung. Sparfuxx ist keine Finanz-, Steuer- oder Anlageberatung. Hinweise wie «Sparpotenzial» oder ein Tempo im Budget sind Rechnungen aus deinen eigenen Zahlen, keine Empfehlung.
• Kurse ohne Gewähr. Werte von Edelmetall und Krypto kommen von Drittquellen und können verzögert, lückenhaft oder falsch sein.

Konto und Sicherheit

• Du brauchst ein Konto mit bestätigter E-Mail-Adresse oder eine Anmeldung über Google. Deine Angaben müssen stimmen.
• Halte Passwort, Wiederherstellungscodes und Kopplungscodes geheim. Was über dein Konto geschieht, verantwortest du.
• Zweifaktor (TOTP), Passkeys und die App-Sperre stehen dir offen; wir empfehlen, sie zu nutzen.
• Bemerkst du einen unbefugten Zugriff, ändere dein Passwort und melde ihn uns umgehend.

Zu zweit

Du kannst eine zweite Person per E-Mail oder QR-Code in deinen Haushalt einladen. Danach seht ihr beide alle gemeinsamen Posten, Karten und Konten und könnt sie bearbeiten; gemeinsame Kosten werden gleich oder nach Anstellungsgrad aufgeteilt. Persönliche Posten bleiben privat. Lade nur ein, wem du diesen Einblick zugestehen willst.

Verlässt jemand den Haushalt oder löscht sein Konto, bleiben die gemeinsamen Posten bei der Person, die bleibt.

Erfassen

Ausgaben trägst du von Hand ein, oder Sparfuxx bereitet sie vor: aus Zahlungs-Benachrichtigungen (Android, mit deiner Freigabe), aus dem QR-Code einer Rechnung oder eines Belegs oder aus dem Foto eines Kassenbons. Daraus entstehen immer nur Entwürfe. Maschinell gelesene Werte können falsch sein; gebucht wird erst, wenn du einen Entwurf prüfst und bestätigst.

Sparfuxx Pro

Was das Abo umfasst

Sparfuxx Pro schaltet die ganze App für deinen Haushalt frei. Ein Preis je Haushalt: eine Person schliesst das Abo ab und zahlt, alle Mitglieder nutzen es, Eingeladene zahlen nie. Das Abo gehört der Person, die es abgeschlossen hat. Verlässt sie den Haushalt, nimmt sie es mit; zahlt dann niemand sonst, endet der Zugang des Haushalts.

Einzige mengenmässige Grenze: 150 gelesene Kassenbons je Konto und Kalendermonat, am Ersten beginnt die Zählung neu. Jeder Scan ist ein bezahlter Aufruf bei einem Dienstleister; den Stand siehst du unter «Einstellungen → Automatisch erfassen». QR-Codes zählen nicht dazu.

Probezeit

Nach dem Einrichten testest du Sparfuxx Pro 34 Tage kostenlos. Zum Start hinterlegst du bei Stripe eine Zahlungsmethode; in der Probezeit wird nichts abgebucht. Kündigst du nicht vor ihrem Ende, geht die Probezeit automatisch in ein bezahltes Abo im gewählten Rhythmus über. Drei Tage vor der ersten Abbuchung schicken wir dir eine E-Mail mit Datum und Betrag. Die Probezeit gibt es einmal je Haushalt.

Preise und Bezahlung

Das Abo gibt es monatlich oder jährlich. Die Preise in deiner Währung siehst du auf der Startseite unter «Preise» und vor dem Abschluss in der Kasse; massgebend ist der dort angezeigte Betrag. [Preise inkl. / zzgl. MwSt.; Abrechnung über OSS bzw. Merchant of Record]. Bezahlt wird im Voraus für die jeweilige Periode über Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

Ändern wir den Preis, gilt der neue Preis erst ab der nächsten Periode und nur, wenn wir ihn dir mindestens 30 Tage vorher mitgeteilt haben; du kannst bis dahin kündigen.

Laufzeit und Kündigung

Das Abo verlängert sich automatisch um die gewählte Periode. Du kannst es jederzeit kündigen – in den Einstellungen unter «Sparfuxx Pro» über das Kundenportal von Stripe. Die Kündigung wirkt zum Ende der Probezeit bzw. der bezahlten Periode; bis dahin bleibt alles freigeschaltet.

Ohne Abo

Endet Probezeit oder Abo, sperrt Sparfuxx die App, bis wieder ein Abo läuft. Deine Daten löschen wir dadurch nicht. Offen bleiben immer: Anmelden, Kontoverwaltung, der Haushalt, der Datenexport und die Kontolöschung.

Konten, die vor dem [Stichtag PAYWALL_HARD_SINCE] angelegt wurden, behalten die Grundfunktionen kostenlos; für sie schaltet Sparfuxx Pro das automatische Erfassen, das Lesen von Kassenbons und das Vermögen frei.

Widerrufsrecht (Verbraucher in der EU)

Bist du Verbraucherin oder Verbraucher mit Wohnsitz in der EU, hast du ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht. In der Schweiz gibt es für Online-Verträge kein allgemeines Widerrufsrecht.

Deine Pflichten

• Trage nur Daten ein, die du eintragen darfst – über andere Personen nur, soweit sie damit einverstanden sind.
• Greif nicht automatisiert auf Sparfuxx zu, ausser über die vorgesehene Kopplung eines Geräts, und stör den Betrieb nicht.
• Versuch nicht, Schutzmechanismen, Mengengrenzen oder die Bezahlung zu umgehen.
• Gib Zugangsdaten und Codes nicht an Dritte weiter.

Verfügbarkeit und Weiterentwicklung

Wir bemühen uns um einen zuverlässigen Betrieb, können ihn aber nicht lückenlos garantieren – etwa bei Wartung, Störungen oder Ausfällen von Dienstleistern. Wir entwickeln Sparfuxx weiter und dürfen Funktionen ändern, solange der Kern dessen, was du bezahlt hast, erhalten bleibt. Funktionen, die von Dritten abhängen (etwa Kursquellen oder Benachrichtigungen bestimmter Apps), können sich ändern, wenn diese Dritten etwas ändern.

Haftung

Kündigen und Löschen

• Abo kündigen beendet Sparfuxx Pro zum Ende der Periode; dein Konto und deine Daten bleiben.
• Konto löschen kannst du jederzeit selbst. Ein laufendes Abo kündigen wir dabei sofort. Bereits bezahlte Zeit erstatten wir nicht anteilig zurück, soweit das Gesetz nichts anderes vorsieht. Was gelöscht wird und was bleibt, steht auf der Seite «Konto löschen».
• Wir können ein Konto sperren oder kündigen, wenn diese Bedingungen schwerwiegend oder wiederholt verletzt werden. Den Export geben wir dir vorher, soweit das zumutbar ist.

Änderungen dieser Bedingungen

Ändert sich die App oder die Rechtslage, passen wir diese Bedingungen an. Änderungen zu deinem Nachteil teilen wir dir mindestens 30 Tage vorher per E-Mail mit; widersprichst du nicht und nutzt Sparfuxx weiter, gelten sie danach. Widersprichst du, kannst du zum Zeitpunkt der Änderung kündigen. Das Datum oben zeigt den letzten Stand.

Provider and scope

These terms apply to the web app at sparfuxx.app and to the Android app, which shows the same web app. By creating an account you agree to them. How we handle your data is set out in the privacy policy.

What Sparfuxx is – and what it isn’t

Sparfuxx is a tool for the monthly budget, on your own or as a couple. From your plan, your expenses, balances, open bills and your next pay it calculates what is left at the end of the month, and shows you history, saving potential and assets.

• No bank access. You enter balances and card balances yourself. Sparfuxx connects to no bank and makes no payments on your behalf. What you enter is a note about a payment that took place elsewhere.
• No advice. Sparfuxx is not financial, tax or investment advice. Notes such as “saving potential” or a budget pace are calculations from your own figures, not recommendations.
• Prices without guarantee. Values of precious metals and crypto come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

Account and security

• You need an account with a confirmed email address or a sign-in through Google. Your details must be accurate.
• Keep your password, recovery codes and pairing codes secret. You are responsible for what happens through your account.
• Two-factor (TOTP), passkeys and the app lock are available to you; we recommend using them.
• If you notice unauthorised access, change your password and report it to us immediately.

Two people

You can invite a second person to your household by email or QR code. Afterwards you both see all shared items, cards and accounts and can edit them; shared costs are split equally or by workload. Personal items remain private. Only invite someone you want to give this insight.

If someone leaves the household or deletes their account, the shared items stay with the person who remains.

Capture

You enter expenses by hand, or Sparfuxx prepares them: from payment notifications (Android, with your permission), from the QR code of a bill or receipt, or from a photo of a receipt. This only ever creates drafts. Machine-read values may be wrong; nothing is booked until you review and confirm a draft.

Sparfuxx Pro

What the subscription includes

Sparfuxx Pro unlocks the whole app for your household. One price per household: one person subscribes and pays, all members use it, invited members never pay. The subscription belongs to the person who took it out. If they leave the household, they take it with them; if no one else pays, the household’s access ends.

The only quantity limit: 150 receipts read per account and calendar month; counting restarts on the first. Every scan is a paid call to a service provider; you can see the current count under “Settings → Automatic capture”. QR codes don’t count towards it.

Trial

After setup you try Sparfuxx Pro free for 34 days. To start, you add a payment method at Stripe; nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the trial automatically turns into a paid subscription at the chosen interval. Three days before the first charge we send you an email with date and amount. The trial is available once per household.

Prices and payment

The subscription is available monthly or yearly. You see the prices in your currency on the home page under “Pricing” and in the checkout before you subscribe; the amount shown there applies. [prices incl. / excl. VAT; billing via OSS or merchant of record]. Payment is made in advance for each period through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

If we change the price, the new price only applies from the next period and only if we have told you at least 30 days in advance; you can cancel until then.

Term and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically for the chosen period. You can cancel at any time – in the settings under “Sparfuxx Pro” via Stripe’s customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the trial or the paid period; until then everything stays unlocked.

Without a subscription

When the trial or subscription ends, Sparfuxx locks the app until a subscription is running again. This does not delete your data. Always open: sign-in, account management, the household, the data export and account deletion.

Accounts created before [cut-off date PAYWALL_HARD_SINCE] keep the basic features free; for them Sparfuxx Pro unlocks automatic capture, reading receipts and assets.

Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. In Switzerland there is no general right of withdrawal for online contracts.

Your obligations

• Only enter data you are allowed to enter – about other people only with their agreement.
• Do not access Sparfuxx automatically, except through the intended pairing of a device, and do not disrupt its operation.
• Do not try to circumvent protection mechanisms, quantity limits or payment.
• Do not share access credentials or codes with third parties.

Availability and development

We strive for reliable operation but cannot guarantee it without interruption – for instance during maintenance, faults or outages of service providers. We keep developing Sparfuxx and may change features as long as the core of what you paid for remains. Features that depend on third parties (such as price sources or notifications of certain apps) may change when those third parties change something.

Liability

You are responsible for the accuracy of your own entries and for the decisions you derive from them. Keep data that matters to you on your side too, using the export.

Cancelling and deleting

• Cancelling the subscription ends Sparfuxx Pro at the end of the period; your account and data remain.
• Deleting your account is possible at any time. A running subscription is cancelled immediately. Time already paid is not refunded pro rata unless the law provides otherwise. What is deleted and what remains is described on the “Delete account” page.
• We may suspend or terminate an account if these terms are seriously or repeatedly violated. Where reasonable, we give you the export beforehand.

Changes to these terms

When the app or the legal situation changes, we update these terms. We notify you of changes to your disadvantage by email at least 30 days in advance; if you don’t object and keep using Sparfuxx, they apply afterwards. If you object, you can cancel effective at the date of the change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
