Stand: 25. Oktober 2026 · diese Seite ist ohne Anmeldung erreichbar.

Impressum Datenschutz Nutzungsbedingungen Konto löschen

Vorher: deine Daten sichern

So löschst du dein Konto

  1. Melde dich in Sparfuxx an.

Was gelöscht wird

Was bestehen bleibt

Delete your account

You can delete your Sparfuxx account yourself at any time, directly in the app. Here is how – and what happens to your data.

Last updated: 25 October 2026 · this page is reachable without signing in.

Before: keep a copy of your data

Deleted is deleted. If you want to keep your figures, download them first: under “Settings → Your data” as one file (JSON) or as individual tables (CSV). The export is always open to you, even without a subscription.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in to Sparfuxx.
  2. Open the settings – on the phone via the gear icon at the top right, on the desktop via the sidebar.
  3. Choose “Delete account” and confirm with your password. Accounts that sign in only through Google confirm with the open session.

If you have Sparfuxx Pro, we cancel the subscription at Stripe immediately when you delete; nothing is charged after that. If the cancellation fails in rare cases, the account stays and you can simply try again – better that than a deleted account that keeps paying.

This step is final. A deleted account cannot be restored.

If you can no longer get in

Forgot your password? Reset it on the sign-in page. If you have also lost access to your mailbox, write to privacy@sparfuxx.app. We then delete the account by hand once it is clear that it is yours.

What is deleted

  • Your account data: email address, username, password hash, a Google link, two-factor secret with recovery codes, passkeys and the app lock.
  • Your personal items: income, fixed costs, savings, expenses, bills and assets that belong only to you.
  • Your personal cards and accounts with their payments and corrections.
  • Your budgets, savings goals and the stored monthly plans.
  • Automatic capture: drafts in the inbox with their raw text, paired devices, your list of sender apps and learned assignments between app and card.
  • Push subscriptions of your browsers and devices.
  • Invitations you sent that are still open.
  • Settlements between you and the other person in the household.
  • Your subscription record with us.

If you are alone in the household, the whole household goes too – including all shared data and the rules it has learned.

What remains

In a shared household

  • Shared items – fixed costs, expenses, cards and accounts with their payments, assets and bills – pass to the person who stays. They remain visible to them and keep counting in their monthly calculation.
  • What you had paid for them becomes an ordinary shared item, split by workload.
  • Shared expenses paid with one of your personal cards remain – only the link to the card is removed, as with a cash payment.
  • Rules the household has learned (such as which category belongs to which merchant), and the fact that it has already used the trial, belong to the household and remain.
  • Where you were noted as the person who entered or created a shared entry, no one is noted afterwards.

Without any link to you

  • Our measurement records on the setup and the Pro offer – we remove the link to your account.
  • Masked templates of notification formats learned during automatic capture.

For a while

  • Backups: the nightly backups are locked against deletion for 30 days and removed after 90 days, the daily ones of our database after seven days. Until then your account is still in them; a backup is only opened to restore service after an outage.
  • Payments: records of paid subscriptions are kept by us and Stripe for as long as commercial and tax law requires.

Just leave the household

If you want to keep using Sparfuxx but no longer share with the same person, you don’t need to delete your account: under “Settings → Leave household” you move into a household of your own with your personal data.

More about which data Sparfuxx stores at all is in the privacy policy.

Spending, saving and assets – on your own or as a couple.
